This is always my favorite type of sea day. Yesterday I went out to M.D.O. - Montano de Oro-to find my center and think about where to go next. The day was as such - grey, breezy, foggy, cool, crisp - a reprieve from the sameness of sunshine day after day after day. I felt my mood soaring - rejuvenated by the power and constancy of the sea. What a magical place and time.
